Lok Sabha Election 2024 Phase 6 Live Updates: With the end of Phase 6 polling, only 57 seats will be left to vote in the seventh phase of the Lok Sabha elections.

Lok Sabha Polls 2024 Phase 6 Live Updates: The approximate voter turnout was recorded 59.62 per cent at 9.30 pm, as per the Election Commission’s Voter Turnout App. West Bengal recorded the highest turnout at 78.20 per cent, while Jammu and Kashmir was the lowest at 52.92 per cent. Delhi’s polling percentage was recorded at 55.85 per cent, Bihar at 54.49 per cent, Jharkhand at 63.27 per cent, Uttar Pradesh at 54.03 per cent, Odisha at 60.07 per cent and Haryana 59.28 per cent, the EC data showed.

The Election Commission on Saturday came out with Lok Sabha constituency-wise data on the number of votes cast in the first five phases of the elections. “The Commission feels duly strengthened by the Hon’ble Supreme Court’s observations and verdict on the process of release of turnout data by the Election Commission of India. This brings upon the Commission, a higher responsibility to serve the cause of electoral democracy with undeterred resolution,” said EC in a statement.

All the seven seats in Delhi are up for the polls today, followed by 10 seats in Haryana, eight in Bihar, eight in West Bengal, six in Odisha, four in Jharkhand, and 14 in Uttar Pradesh. The Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir will also wrap up its election schedule with the final five (voting in Anantnag-Rajouri was moved from the third to the sixth phase) voting today. With the end of Phase 6 polling, only 57 seats will be left to vote in the seventh phase of the Lok Sabha elections.
